Regulators

Aerospace Turbine Rotables has developed extensive in-house overhaul capabilities for oxygen valves and regulators for military, corporate and airline operators. Our valve overhaul solution enables Aerospace Turbine Rotables to consistently meet and exceed demanding customer expectations consistently. Aerospace Turbine Rotables is constantly developing new capabilities, new testing equipment, and new solutions for this product line. We support AOG requests for most product lines.

Oxygen Cylinders

Aerospace Turbine Rotables has held DOT certification for the requalification of pressure cylinders for more than 30 years. Our shop is well positioned for high capacity throughput with multiple test jackets, test stands, bottle dryers, tumblers, and numerous fixtures to support a high volume of work. Collaborative partnerships allow us to provide replacement bottles when required, enabling our customers to turn to us with confidence; knowing we will provide effective and expedient solutions. Blow-Down Bottles & Tanks

Aerospace Turbine Rotables provides requalification services for cylinders and overhaul services for valves on a wide range of emergency reservoirs. Our technical data library and capabilities are extensive. We support AOG requests for most product lines.

Halon Recycling

1301 Halon Recycling. Recovering as much Halon as possible has always been the objective of Aerospace Turbine Rotables, and now with the newest technology the total amount of recovery and the quality of Halon 1301 that can be recovered, filtered, and reused meeting MIL-M-12218C and ISO 7201 is industry standard setting. In addition, Aerospace Turbine Rotables, a leader in the servicing of aviation hydrostatic tanks and fire bottles, is committed to assisting other third parties in their 1301 Halon recovery and purification.
